Who's it for?
Any minority or women-owned small biz in the Triad region of NC offering products or services to other businesses.
What problem does it solve?
Our goal is to connect minority/women entrepreneurs with key decision-makers that will lead to contracting opportunities and new revenues.
How does it help?
Entrepreneurs can meet multiple decision-makers and identify contracting opportunities in a single setting.
The purpose of this networking event is to provide exposure for local minority firms to contracting opportunities with the local municipalities, state universities, community college, military/federal agencies and larger private companies. The networking event design is conducive for meeting key decision-makers and forging mutually-beneficial business relationships and alliances. The Gate City Minority Business Opportunity Fair is quickly gathering a reputation as the premiere networking event for minority businesses in the Triad region of North Carolina. Our goal is for the event to continue to grow and generate anecdotal evidence, through the increase in minority business contracting, that a unique event like this is a worthwhile endeavor for everyone involved.
